Most booked
Gutter cleaning & clearance
Leaves, moss, silt and debris cleared with professional gutter vacuum equipment, working from the ground wherever we can. Outlets checked, waste bagged and removed.

Roofline
uPVC fascia & soffit cleaning
Green algae and grime washed off fascias, soffits and gutter fronts so the whole roofline looks clean again. Usually booked alongside a gutter clearance so you only pay for one visit.

Per panel
Solar panel cleaning
Dirt, dust and bird mess cut the output of your panels. We clean them safely so they work as they should — a one-off service, confirmed after we've seen the roof.
£6–£8per panel on a standard roofSubject to a £55 minimum charge. Panels on two roofs, such as house and garage, sit at the top of the range.

Most domestic arrays are priced per panel once we've seen the roof.
Larger arrays
For arrays in the hundreds we quote per day rather than per panel, after viewing the site.
Priced after a survey
Some work can't be priced fairly from a table — it depends on the roof, the access and the condition of the property. These services are always quoted individually, free of charge:
Roof cleaning
Moss removal and biocide treatment, priced after a roof survey — every roof is different.
Commercial gutter clearance
Offices, warehouses, retail and multi-property sites, one-off or on a planned schedule.
Commercial solar panel cleaning
Larger arrays quoted per day after viewing the site.
